Terms and conditions of sale

Purpose

These terms govern the sale of the pieces presented on this site.

Prices

Displayed prices are inclusive of all taxes. Some pieces are offered "price on request": their amount is agreed during the exchange.

Reservation

Each piece is a unique item. Placing an order withdraws it from sale for the duration of the exchange. Failing conclusion, it goes back on sale.

Handover

Collection in person by appointment, or insured transport depending on the value of the lot.

Purity guarantee

Each piece is sold with its purity guarantee. The stated weight and purity are checked before it goes on sale.

Right of withdrawal

Terms applicable depending on the nature of the sale and the status of the buyer.
